Advanced Management Indices: Attitudinal Change, Leadership And Performance Improvement

Details

Analysis of the complexity factors that particularly influence and characterize planning, policy design and management in the public sector comes to fore in this course. Three Dynamic Performance Management (DPM) perspectives are analyzed: an instrumental, an objective and a subjective DPM view.

This course will help participants to create a high impact performance culture while supporting their team. The course focuses on performance management as a continuous process that drives development.

It looks at techniques that recognise and implement solutions to support long-term results. Delegates will learn how to manage awkward issues and conversations without postponing or sugar coating them. And most importantly, we'll help participants develop the tools to create a culture of trust and high impact performance.
